2. Experimental process:

Staining the stock solution: dyeing at 40 ° C, heating to 130 ° C for 30 minutes for 30 minutes, sampling at 90 ° C, 100 ° C, 110 ° C, 120 ° C, 130 ° C, 130 ° C × 45 minutes, six times, the sample of tissue removed was reduced by cleaning (insured powder 2 g / l, NaOH 2 g / l, 80 ° C × 20 minutes), the other half of the tap water was washed for about 30 seconds, dehydrated and dried.

3. Evaluation of the results:

The more uniform the color enhancement between the color samples at each sampling point, the brighter the color, the better the effect of slowing the leveling agent.

 

2. Movability

transportability is a leveling agent that re-disperses the dyed fabric into a dye bath and then dyes it at a low dye concentration. Portability is an important property of disperse dyes. ,

As for portability, the following methods are commonly used for testing:

Dyed Polyester Fabric: Un-se Red 0.5% + Un-se Yellow 0.8% + Un-se Blue 0.5% + one unpainted polyester fabric, four sheets of fabric.

2. Experimental process:
